I’m a dentist by profession, but baking has always been one of my passions. For years, this was the cake I eagerly requested at every holiday gathering. Eventually, my aunt shared the recipe with me — and I refined it into the signature rum cake you enjoy today.

What began as a personal favorite became something I was asked to bring again and again. After years of sharing it and hearing the same response — “You should sell this.” — Rum Cakes by Toni was born.

Today, I remain committed to quality and consistency, using carefully selected ingredients to ensure every cake delivers the same rich flavor and distinctive texture that made the original recipe so unforgettable.
